CRANE BINDERS

The checklist is a mandatory component when you submit the NOP-TC. An empty binder is not due diligence.

TWO BINDERS

Tower Crane Site Binder — hammerhead, topless, luffing jib. Self-Erect Tower Crane Site Binder — Hup, Igo, K-series, CBR, CSE and the rest of that class. Pick the one that matches the machine. Do not run a top-slewing tower on the self-erect list.

• Marks each item in binder, missing, or N/A — and who holds it.
• Opens the GOSPEL form and the official download (30M33, 52E73C, NOP-TC, tower crane report, NAV CANADA).
• Downloads a GOSPEL checklist PDF for this site. Saved on this device.

NOTICE OF PROJECT

14.73.3. Employer responsible for erecting, climbing, repositioning or dismantling — and the owner or prime — submit a written NOP-TC at least two weeks before the activity. Project type: Tower Crane. Post the notice on site for the duration. Self-erecting tower cranes are still tower cranes.

Official paper stays official. GOSPEL sheets are the working copy and the cover. Form 30M33 is coded by WorkSafeBC — order it; the GOSPEL record is the schematic and the discussion. Radio coordination is 52E73C. The tower crane report is WorkSafeBC’s checklist after erect, climb or reposition.
