WHMIS + SDS
The SDS library is diesel, hydraulic oil, grease, penetrating oil, wire rope dressing, battery electrolyte and hand cleaner — products operators and riggers actually touch on a lift.
WHMIS PROGRAM
- Workers have the right to know about products they use on the lift and on the carrier.
- Labels stay on. If a product is decanted, it is identified.
- SDS for the products below are in this library — no login, no expiring link.
- A product the site introduces is the site’s SDS. Ask before you use it.
- Spill, fire and first aid follow the SDS and the site emergency plan.
This is not a catalogue of construction chemicals. If the work does not use it, it is not in this library.
