CAPTURE
- Site, date, activity
- Crane serial and configuration as standing
- Qualified supervisor
- Foundation / pads / ties as left
- Limits, overload, anemometer, weathervane tested
- Aviation lights / marking if required
- Deficiencies and out-of-service items
- Release to operate — yes / no
ROUTING
Activity supervisor. Keep at the workplace. WorkSafeBC’s checklist is the official format — complete that as well and file both.
