CAPTURE

  • Site, date, activity
  • Crane serial and configuration as standing
  • Qualified supervisor
  • Foundation / pads / ties as left
  • Limits, overload, anemometer, weathervane tested
  • Aviation lights / marking if required
  • Deficiencies and out-of-service items
  • Release to operate — yes / no
