SAFE WORK PROCEDURES
Numbered steps for the lift. Crane, signals, rigging, the plan. If it cannot be followed on site, it is not a procedure.
HAZARD ASSESSMENT

COR IS.
Certificate of Recognition — COR®
COR is a WorkSafeBC incentive program. In B.C. the certifying partner for construction is the BC Construction Safety Alliance. An independent audit measures an occupational health and safety management system against the CFCSA 14 elements. Passing the audit is certification of that system — not a promise that nothing will go wrong.
Proven includes a document map to those elements so the framework is readable. The official program lives with BCCSA and WorkSafeBC.

You do not need a protractor on the hook. Measure sling length and vertical height. sin θ = H / L. Then you can use the tension formula.

In B.C., WorkSafeBC enforces the Regulation — not a vibe called CSA, and not ASME B30 as one book. Mobile is Z150. Tower is Z248. B30 is a series, and only the volumes written into the Regulation are law.
