Exclusion zone, mats, tag lines, spotters, PPE, engineered plan if required, written stop criteria.
FLHA
Field level hazard assessment at the start of the shift and when the work changes. Not a signature collection.
Stop criteria
Unknown weight, bad ground, wind out of plan, lines inside MAD, lost signal, incompetent role — the lift does not proceed.
