Stop
If you have reasonable cause to believe the work is dangerous to you or another person, you stop. You do not need permission.
Say why
State the danger to the supervisor and to the employer at the workplace. Be specific: the line, the ground, the load, the missing plan.
It stays stopped
Work resumes when the danger is controlled. A good-faith refusal is not punished. A replacement is not sent into the same uncontrolled condition.
