Rated gear
Slings and hardware are identified, inspected and used within WLL, including angle and hitch derates. ASME B30.9 as named in Part 15.
No guess
Weight and centre of gravity are confirmed. Sling angle is calculated when it matters. Below 30° from horizontal is not a hitch this program allows unless an engineer owns the numbers.
Out of service
Damaged rigging is tagged, isolated and reported. No “one more lift.”
