Verify before the lift
Qualifications, experience and practical competency are checked against the work. Expired means that person does not take the role.
Fit to the job
A mobile operator is not a tower operator by default. A structural rigger is not a plant rigger by default. The closest body is not a match.
Already qualified
Workers arrive already qualified for the role. Site orientations are arranged. A missing qualification is named before the lift.
